Q3 GDP Worse Than Expected - Should We Brace for Impact?

Statistics Canada released the Q3 GDP yesterday, and it was down 0.3% compared to Q2; this equals a 1.1% annualized decline. StatsCan also restated all dollar amounts in 2017 dollars - previously, they had used 2012 dollars. This changed the Q2 results.

August GDP Was Flat, and the Rest of the Year Looks That Way, Too
